An advanced online platform designed for the intuitive and dynamic visualization of KEGG metabolic networks.
Version: v0.6.5
The KEGG Pathway Viewer (KPV) is an advanced online platform designed for the intuitive and dynamic visualization of KEGG metabolic networks. This tool integrates sophisticated network analysis techniques, including protein classification based on the Articulation Point (AP) detection algorithm. This feature facilitates the visual identification of critical proteins within the network, highlighting nodes whose removal could disrupt network connectivity.
KPV also offers dynamic visualizations of KEGG pathways, enabling users to simulate network operations, such as node removal and edge addition, to assess their impact on the overall network structure.
The current release (v0.6.5) includes a comprehensive statistical panel for pathway analysis and a dynamic HTML interface that illustrates the network topology, enhancing user interaction and analytical capabilities.
