Data acquiring

Our pipeline processes data extracted from KEGG pathway XML files to construct comprehensive metabolic network representations. The initial step involves downloading the canonical pathway files directly from the KEGG database, ensuring access to curated and standardized pathway information.

Subsequently, the pipeline retrieves all organism-specific pathway files available within KEGG. This step ensures that the resulting network analyses incorporate species-specific variations, facilitating comparative studies across different biological systems.
